Sound in brighton was poor unfortunately. They did 2 off the first 7" though (cool keg toss and thermal dynamics)

Yeah, give earplugs a go. They'll quieten down the top end frequencies [cymbals / guitar]. You'll hear the vocals much better.

They were super in Liverpool, shame chalk talk over played by a few songs too long, but yeah, Chris, earplugs are 100% the best way forwards to cut out the high ends and leave you with a balanced sound.
