Two pointless, pathetic tackles to give away freekicks.
Love how the commentators keeping praising Johnson for his last-ditch tackles, failing to realise the only reason he needs to make them is because he's out of position in the first place.

He scored two tap ins, I was talking about defensively through the middle.

I like Joe Hart, but Zlatan slagging him off after the second goal was great. Not too sure what happened with Walcott's goal, I guess the bend and group of people in front of the keeper put him off.

i reckon the keeper was expecting the shot to go in the top corner, like any decent player would try, so he moved towards that. but because it was walcott it was a shit shot down the middle and the keeper was off balance.

Little did I know just how much more shit he was going to be second half. May as well have a traffic cone at right back.

This has been a seriously great second half. The first was pretty pedestrian, but the second's been great.

seemed incredibly selfish, rather than playing the ball through for gerrard to run onto and have a chance, he was looking for the return pass over the top. or maybe i'm just being harsh on him.

ridiculous finish by welbeck, it's been a great second half.

Impressive goal. Even more impressive cameo by Walcott. And a yet more impressive piece of back pedalling over an opinion of a player by Lawro. Possibly the worst co-commentary performance in living memory.

I know I say ignore the commentary, but it was really really bad.

'Why does this always happen to England?'
'It's just England!'

Scott Parker's passing ability is dire, he never seems to have any idea how much weight to put on a pass.

For all the talk about getting crosses in, Sweden were undone by pace down the wing. Shame Ashley Young was awful, played too centrally, when his best position is left wing. Embarrassing defending for the Swedish goals but a good and fortuitous (at times) comeback. Isaksson pulled off two great saves. Thought Milner faded out the game very quickly, he's not a winger. Good finish by Welbeck. Our full backs looked pretty exposed. Still, looking forward to the Ukraine game.

Johnson made some mistakes but he recovered well alot of the time. He's not the best, but he was still the best defender on the pitch. Two sloppy goals from straight down the middle.

Gerrard nicking the volley from the Ox was mental. Gerrard had to really stretch to get it, on his weak foot. Should have left it for Ox to smash in.

Carroll and Welbeck's goals were smashing.
