Guitarist, 21, Leeds, punk/alt/indie

Hi, I'm an early 20's guitarist just moving back to Leeds after a year abroad and I'm itching to get started with something musical. I'm into a range of music from bands like Off With Their Heads and Dear Landlord through to stuff like The National, Neutral Milk Hotel and Sigur Ros stopping off at Thrice, Brand New and Jawbreaker somewhere on the way.

I'm looking for a drummer, vocalist/second guitarist (although if you're just one of these please do get in touch) and a bassist who are into any of the above stuff (or vaguely similar) at all - don't worry if you think some of it sucks - i'm just trying to show the breadth of genres i'd be interested in playing.

Looking to start asap, no timewasters though thanks!

Hey man, I'm a guitar player and would most definetly be interested in doing something along those lines. Infact I have been looking to join a band for a while. Unfortunately I can only do it in September when I move back to Leeds. Still if you haven't found anyone come late September I would be more than willing.

Just saw your post in my thread, this sounds good but my work schedule is so hectic that really I want to keep traveling to a minimum. Getting back from Halifax at half 6, then gathering all my gear and somehow getting to Leeds just isn't practical. Sorry dude. Good luck finding folk!
