I'm pretty sure Chevy Chase loves money, and will carry on with the show.

What is going on with the Prosthetic arm from the Ice Truck Killer? It kinda didn't go anywhere?
The whole season was gash; riddled with plot holes, absurdities, pointless tangents and cameos and contradictions. It's best just to forget about it altogether.
I didn't particularly like last week's Community again, there were some good jokes but the Troy and Abed thing is ruining it for me at the moment. I wonder if it'll be like last year when Pierce ruined a few episodes so that on first viewing I didn't like them but they were brilliant when I watched them again after the series had finished and the Pierce stuff had been resolved
I thought the second episode of Game Of Thrones was quite good, again nothing special but they're still setting everything up for later on

i attempted to answer it but just got so angry about how shit it was i deleted it all to write this. fucking carcrash.
I stopped watching Dexter after season 4, as I thought the finale seemed like the perfect way to wrap the whole show up and not just that series. From what people have said about 5 & 6 it sounds like I did the right thing.

I just finished listening to an interview with Harmon where he said that in addition to each character having a story circle per episode (http://pronountrouble2.files.wordpress. ... .png?w=700), for this season they've also each had an overall arc for the season which is something he had to draw up to convince the new NBC chairman to give them a third series. Interestingly he'd also watched The Wire in full between seasons 2 & 3 and wanted to try a lot more foreshadowing and plots that span several episodes. If they get a 4th season (and he reckons that they will, of at least 12 episodes just 'cos it makes business sense) then he'll go back to the season 2 approach to writing, which is my personal preference.

Possibly meant to build that guy as a villian of season 7? Maybe he starts copying dexter or something and the only way to beat him is for dexter to jump over a shark
When Robb dies, who am I supposed to like? Jon is doing his thing in the North, but anyone likeable dies then. Then Jamie and Tyrion sound to go rogue and good, but I dunno. Someone help me understand what is due to become my life.

i don't understand, have you read the books? or have you just heard what happens? i never found robb that likeable anyway, he never had his own chapters in the books, so i never really connected with him. and he shouldn't die until series three anyway.
I just read the plot line of the books, coz I basically now feel obsessed and am all over the wiki. Picking the books up today. It seems that a lot of people die on a regular basis, seeing as only two key characters died in the first series.
I kinda wish I got in to it when it had all been made, or at least all the books, because this is pain.
ah right. i started reading them halfway through the first series and read them all through one after another. i started re-reading them recently and am about up to the equivalent of episode 2 of this series in clash of kings.
i wouldn't read the wiki stuff if you're starting to read the books though, it'll ruin it completely. there aren't too many more major character deaths though.
Watched the first ten minutes and turned it off, it's so far up its own arse at the moment and I dislike everyone except the Dean. I'll probably come back when the Troy and Abed story is concluded because it's ruining it for me. Their retarded friendship works when it's not the focal point.

Nonsense. It was a fantastic episode, so well written and superbly shot. Loved Pierce as the pillow man

Difficult to say this without giving anything away but you may want to watch the second ten minutes

Yeah, you're right. What was I thinking not enjoying it. Nonsense!
I think I'll leave it until the season's over, I much prefer watching series with 20-minute long episodes in a couple of sessions.
As well as the up its own arse thing, which is definitely a problem with Community, I think it tries to be too clever, and it's just not smart, or funny enough to pull it off most of the time. I still want to like it, I'm just not sure I do.
Too many good bits in that Community episode, I loved that Leonard fought for the Koreans, DJ Real Neil playing 'Daybreak', the All Tomato ('meaning you give me the whole tomato...or else'), the Pillowman, the use of the term 'Ferris Buellerian' and the English Memorial gag killed me. I've only seen a handful of PBS documentaries but they absolutely nailed the style.

Really? It sounds like all but the Stark girls (of which one gets blinded), Snow, Daenerys and the two Lannister boys die from season one? Assuming actually, that Robb is killed, isn't it up in the air? I know Catelyn comes back from the dead, but isn't she different? I'd like to think that at least Tyrion takes a good path as he always seemed like he was conflicted.
Are the books easy to read? Are they more Harry Potter or Lord Of The Rings?
