Postby Réveillère » Sat Jun 23, 2012 12:18 pm

This started last night in Bristol, anybody go? What was the merch like?

I'm off to Nottingham tonight, can't wait.

They have two awesome screen printed posters, hoodies and t shirts.

Gig was incredible. This morning has sucked.

I missed them in Nottingham this evening but Lightyear killed it

Set list was roughly (not in order)

Twat Out of Hell
Waterwings, Lifejacket
Positive Outlook
Blindside
Nuff Cuts
24:04
Three Basics
Cinnamon Rolls
That's The Way It Goes Big Nose
Whispering Ron vs Maz
Data's Double Chin
Uri Gellar Bent My Heart
Pack of Dogs
Kid Dynamite

T-shirts were one new design on hoodie & t-shirt and the classic 'Blackrock is still there' on tshirt and hoodie.

Brilliant show. Such a good atmosphere. Went down the front just for the last song and was knackered just from that, I need to exercise more!

I was front and centre for the entire thing, how'd you think I feel? That was an intense evening to say the least, so much fucking fun though.

It's been moved to Santiago's. It's now a free show/donations. You need to get a refund for the other gig at your point of purchase.

Notts show was awesome, It must be nearly 10 years since I last saw these guys! Kid Dynamite was indeed the jewel in the crown of a blistering set, it more than made up for the fact that I booked a night in the worst hotel in the city many times over! Now I just did to dismantle my laptop to get my copy of 'Glass' out of the broken CD drive.

London gig....perfect! That's all I can say. If I wanna be picky it would have been better with no photo pit but had that been the case it would have been carnage.

Only saw one of the poster designs - the giant hairy morris dancer. What was the other one like? Is it viewable online anywhere?

Last nights gig in Derby was a hoot. Same setlist as I'd posted above just in a little different order. They said it was definitely their last last last ever gig but I really hope it isn't :( I can only imagine how awesome a 3rd album would have been. On another note I spotted StreetlightSteve floating around not sure if he posts on here anymore but he was loving it none the less.
