Having released their self-titled EP only recently, Donwers (featuring ex members of Me Vs Hero, MOU and Six Ten Repeater) have announced details of their second EP of 2015, ‘Noose’.
The 3 track EP will be available from the 1st August 2015 via Local Colour Records. Downers will be playing a special release show instore at Action Records, Preston on the 8th August in celebration.
Downers came together properly in early 2015, following the release of material under the moniker the year prior; led by Bobby Pook of Me Vs Hero. “We’ve had this record finished for a few months now so we’re absolutely psyched that it’s getting a physical release and we can’t wait for people to hear it,” Pook says of ‘Noose’. “We’re super proud of the vibe we’ve created on the record and we hope people love it as much as we do.”
Downers will also be appearing at Tramlines Festival in Sheffield tomorrow (24th July 2015).
