Saddle Creek trio Hop Along have unveiled another track from their forthcoming ‘Painted Shut’, due on the 4th May 2015. ‘Powerful Man’ follows the previously unveiled ‘Waitress‘.
The album in part focusses around musicians Buddy Bolden and Jackson C. Frank, who dealth with mental health issues until their deaths. It touches on poverty, abuse and greed.
