Jim Adkins, vocalist and guitarist of rock veterans Jimmy Eat World, will be playing a handful of solo shows in the US this Summer.
“For our… career, we have operated more or less in the same way. Write, tour, record, tour, pull our heads together and then write again. 2015 seemed like as good as any to take a minute and experiment with life outside the pattern,” Adkins shared in a statement posted to the Jimmy Eat World and his personal Facebook page.
Adkins currently has three dates planned, in Ithaca, Kingston and Hamden. More dates are likely, based on the full statement below.
