Pulled Apart By Horses announce new EP

By Ben Tipple

Pulled Apart By Horses will be releasing their new four-track EP on the 17th November 2014 via Sony/RED. Pre-orders for ‘Medium Rare’ will be available from the 9th November.

The announcement comes as the band prepare to tour alongside Kasabian in Europe, ahead of their UK headline tour towards the end of November.

The EP comprises the title track taken from their recent ‘Blood’ full-length, in addition to ‘Run Boy Run’, ‘Beat Up’ and a live cover of The Stooges’ ‘I Wanna Be Your Dog’.

“‘Medium Rare’ was the final track written for ‘Blood’ and the majority of the song was written in the studio,” explains guitarist James Brown. “It seems to be a live favourite at the moment and kind of made sense to be released as a single. It’s downright sleaze that has been cooked to personal preference.”

“Joining Kasabian on the road for three weeks around Europe is pretty exciting for us and were really looking forward to playing to some new people and hopefully not crushing their souls with our riffs and rather enlightening them. It’ll be the first time we’ve played venues of this size out there so we can’t wait!”
