Radkey stream new single and announce UK tour

By Ben Tipple

Having revealed release details for their eagerly awaited debut full-length, ‘Dark Black Makeup’, punk trio Radkey are streaming their new single ‘Love Spills’. The track arrives as the brothers confirm UK tour dates post-release.

“[‘Love Spills’ is] a song about an evil villain type character and his dreams of terrorizing the city that he loves,” Isaiah Radkey explains. “There’s a real dark streak to this album; we’re inspired by the movies of Stanley Kubrick and if you pay attention you might find some of the lyrics uncomfortable to listen to. A lot of these are what I would call ‘fuck love’ songs.”

‘Dark Black Makeup’ will be available from the 21st August via Little Man Records, followed be an appearance at Reading and Leeds Festival, and at The Old Blue Last in London on the 1st September.

Radkey will then return to the UK for a more substantial run in October.
