By Ben Tipple

With Reading and Leeds Festival having announced a small proportion of their line-up already, organisers have now confirmed an additional 73 bands, including the third and final headliner, THE LIBERTINES.

The announcement includes the return of The Pit and Lock Up combination, with NEW FOUND GLORY returning to headline the latter on Friday at Reading and Saturday at Leeds. Already confirmed on Sunday, MASTODON will take the top slot on the Saturday at Reading and the Sunday at Leeds.

Other Lock Up/Pit additions are CANCER BATS, FRNKIERO ANDTHE CELLABRATION, GHOST, GOJIRA, MODERN LIFE IS WAR, THE MENZINGERS, WHILE SHE SLEEPS, BURY TOMORROW and SIMPLE PLAN.

Across the other stages ALL TIME LOW will take to the Main Stage on Friday at Reading and Saturday at Leeds, joined by BRING ME THE HORIZON on the Saturday in Reading and Sunday in Leeds. LONELY THE BRAVE will graduate to the Main Stage, as will the amazing MARMOZETS and Wrexham pop-punks NECK DEEP.

The NME/Radio 1 stage will play host to LIMP BIZKIT, SWIM DEEP, AMERICAN FOOTBALL and SLAVES amongst others, whilst a selection of additions to the Festival Republic Stage include FRANK TURNER, COASTS, WE ARE THE OCEAN and garage punk brothers RADKEY.
