The official Matthew James Cogley website, set up in memory of the late Failsafe member and solo singer-songwriter, has uploaded his solo record to purchase. Cogley sadly passed away on New Year’s Day.
“Matt played an important part in Failsafe and also released a solo record in 2012. This record was limited to a few hundred CDs with a small online release,” the website notes.
“We realise that many people would like to purchase the record but unfortunately the original release was no longer available online. We have re-loaded his self titled EP for people to buy online and any profit from the purchase will be put towards a memorial fund for Matthew so that we can consider some form of lasting memorial for him and also purchase musical instruments and equipment for Matthew’s previous school, so that children less fortunate are able to benefit.”
