The Dauntless Elite call it a day

By Ben Tipple

Yorkshire punk outfit The Dauntless Elite recently called it a day. “Our gig next Friday will be our last Leeds gig for a long long time. We’re putting the Elite on ice to start something fresh and new. This indefinite break is for personal reasons and has nothing to do with the criminal process some of us are involved with. That money was just resting in our account,” the band announced, somewhat tongue in cheek, on Facebook ahead of their Leeds show.

The Dauntless Elite had played together for more than a decade. They may be playing a final show in East Anglia, however according to sources remains unlikely.
