MIDFIELD WORKHORSE
/ˈmɪd.fɪəld/ ˈwɜːkˌhɔːs/
(noun)
1. a player active in the midfield, as in soccer, often playing both offensively and defensively. usually possesses strong tackling and passing technique. often equally as destructive as they are creative.
2. a band from Kingston, formed in 2013. equally as destructive as they are creative.

The band formed when Del Noble (vocals, guitar) and Dave Coleman (drums) continued to write music together following the breakup of their previous band. Enlisting Andrew Tickell (guitar, vocals) and Rick Blake (bass, vocals) in early 2013 they spent their time holed up in their Egham practice room writing away furiously. Their live debut came when they accidentally found themselves on the lineup for Jetplane Landing’s first London show in 6 years.
