Watch the new Silhouettes video

By Ben Tipple

Hailing from Worksop in Nottinghamshire, pop-rock four piece Silhouettes aren’t afraid to show their post-hardcore and emo influences on new track, ‘Fluctuations’. Sitting somewhere between early You Me At Six and a cleaner A Day To Remember, the new band deliberately remove themselves from the saturated commercial territory inhabited by an abundance of British counterparts.

The track comes ahead of their debut EP, ‘Old Flames’, and sees the band cite influence from the likes of Taking Back Sunday, Mayday Parade and the aforementioned You Me At Six. The result is incessantly catchy and puts them in good stead to kick a traditionally alternative edge back into the genre.

Silhouettes will be hitting the road in February and March in support of the track, and using the opportunity to showcase new material.
