Anonymously submitted to us: “The lead singer of punk band Green Day has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving. Billie Joe Armstrong, 30, was arrested early Sunday morning in Bereley, California, for allegedly driving under the influence. Berkeley police spokeswoman Mary Kusmiss said he was stopped for speeding in a black BMW convertible. He failed a field sobriety test and was booked into Berkeley county jail, where he was later released on $1,053 bail.”
