NEVER fly Air France. Apparently if they don’t deliver your case when you fly, they haven’t lost it. They’ve just misplaced it. It doesn’t matter that half of the stuff you own is in that case, and they have no idea where it is, it’s misplaced. Infact it’s not lost for 21 days. And when it is lost there’s still little they can do without receipts for the items that were in the case. While this is merely a shitty little rant, I’ve never been treated so shabbily by any airline like I have by this bunch of wankers. Never fly with this airline. The service and customer care is absolute garbage.
