In a last minute decision, The Ataris have decided to move away from Kung Fu and have signed to Columbia Records. Previously rumoured to be considering moving to Fat Wreck, The Ataris have explained that Columbia records are willing to support the band in whatever decision they make. What is interesting is Kris Roe’s insistance on staying independent and D.I.Y, but whether the move will effect the musical style of the band, remains to be seen.
