Submitted: Butserfest is a festival on Butser Hill at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, and was initially set up for local bands to get heard and give them an opportunity to play a festival alongside some up-and-coming acts, which is why the majority of the line up is unknowns. The first few bands on were seen through local auditions. It’s run by East Hampshire District Council, and this year will take place on 13th September.
