Statement from Calvinball about their drummer:
“Calvinball have recently had some pretty fucking bad news. Conor, our drummer, has to have more surgery on his knee. We all feel gutted for him. Thing is that we don’t know when he’s going to have this surgery or how long the recovery period is going to be.
As far as Calvinball plans go though, consider everything to still be happening.The splits will hopefully be recorded before any surgery happens. The full length may be out later in the year than we’d hoped. But it’ll happen. And if there are any shows for which Conor is incapacitated, we know quite a few drummers and I reckon we’ll be fine getting someone to step in for the shows.
The Arms Aloft tour is definitely happening at the end of May. We’ll announce all the dates shortly. And we‚ve just added two more dates in March, we’re now doing 3 of the 4 Thousandaires shows; Brighton 21st, Leamington 23rd and London (everything sucks) 24th.
So yeah. Hopefully this will all work out fine.”
