There have been some changes to this Saturday’s Punktastic Covers Bash. Due to cock-ups all round the gig will finish at 11pm and not midnight as we thought, making 6 bands impossible unless we have 15-minute sets. So, Fastlane have agreed to pull out and will now no longer be playing which is a massive shame as they were the first band I asked, but it would have been wrong of us to get them to drive up for such a short set. Grayson’s Hour is now playing as Aqua and not Blondie, while Echofreddy drummer Kuzi has injured his back and can’t play, so the Freddies will be doing an acoustic covers show instead! The revised line-up, in order, is: Milk2Sugars as Busted, The Maple State as Weezer, Grayson’s Hour as Aqua, Short Warning as MxPx and Echofreddy as TBC. The gig is at Manchester‘s Music Box this Saturday and starts at 7.30pm. Fancy dress for those who dare, prizes for the best dresser-uppers. Sorry for any inconviences in the changes, I’m more gutted than any of you.
