Dallas Green, formerly of Alexisonfire and currently the driving force behind City and Colour, has teamed up with Alecia Hart, also known as P!nk, to release a record as You+Me.
“I’ve been keeping a huge secret and i’m ready to share it,” Green posted on Facebook. “A few months ago I headed off to California to meet up with my good friend Alecia, who you know as P!nk. I brought a guitar and a book with a few songs I’d been working on. I had no clue what would come of it, but was hoping for the best; the best being 1 song. Better than the best happened and after 2 weeks of just the two of us in the studio, we wrote and recorded a full album. I’m so proud of these songs and can’t wait for you to hear them.”
The duo have posted the first track, entitled ‘You And Me’.
