I’ve had this in my inbox for 3 days and keep forgetting to post it…so apologies Fearless Records. Anyway, here is all the latest info from the world of Fearless.
“Punk Goes Pop” is finally out. It is all unreleased tracks of up and coming punk bands doing their favorite TRL hits. You can all run out to your local record
store and get it or purchase it online from www.fearlessrecords.com or
www.interpunk.com,
If you are curious of what the cd sounds like or want to see who is on this comp you can download clips and see a track listing on www.fearlessrecords.com.
Fearless’ next release is Keepsake “Black dress in a B movie” Keepsake came humming onto the Florida scene in late 1997, bringing on an inventive new rock sound; somewhere around new Jimmy Eat World meets older Foo Fighters.
With tight, harmonious, big rock qualities that you can sing along to, Keepsake appeals to a wide audience (punk/indie/hardcore/emo/rock). Keepsake immediately
became a local favorite in FL and proceeded on with many east coast tours with the likes of Piebald, Hot Rod Circuit, Dashboard Confessional, Midtown, The Stereo, Thursday, and many more, as well as releasing two Full Lengths and one EP. This is
Keepsakes latest Full-length “Black dress in a B movie”, it can best be described as: Rock all the way, very radio friendly. Expect big things and beautiful noise
from these boys.
Glasseater and Near Miss are both finishing up their full lengths. Junction 18, Dynamite Boy, Rock Kills Kid, Knockout, and Brazil will all be recording before summer. Lonely Kings are going to play two shows in Hawaii, then tour Europe, and are planning a full US tour with Near Miss.
