Kill The Ideal post video for ‘Heritage’

By Ben Tipple

Midlands alt-rockers Kill The Ideal have posted the video for ‘Heritage’, taken from their forthcoming EP of the same name. The four piece have already enjoyed attention by BBC Introducing, having played shows with Lonely The Brave, Hawthorne Heights and Lost Alone.

“When on tour we spent a full two weeks crammed in a VW transporter van alongside all of our backline and equipment,” Kill The Ideal explains drummer Jordan Bell introduces the band. “We had to sleep on top of our amps and drum kit and wash in the sea in the mornings. We have been functioning as a devoted unit for around about a year. Working nine to five jobs is not in our DNA, music is what comes naturally to us and it is what we do best in our day to day lives.”

With their four track EP due on the 30th March, the band are preparing to support the record with a handful of live dates.
