Lonely The Brave, Los Campesinos! and Pretty Vicious are the latest bands to join the Handmade Festival line-up, now sitting alongside 65daysofstatic and We Are Scientists.
The festival will take place Leicester’s O2 Academy over the May bank holiday, from the 29th April until the 1st May 2016.
“That’s the beauty of Handmade – it is a DIY festival – created and curated with a real love and attention to detail,” says organiser John Helps. “It has to beg, borrow and steal in order to exist, but consequently it’s been easy for the whole city’s creative community to get behind and drive it forward together. Without the care and support of so many volunteers and people with incredible imagination and ambition, it wouldn’t ever have existed – and it only continues to do so because of them.”
