It’s been a very long time in the making, but the new Punktastic site is ready to go, and we’ll be launching it tomorrow evening. We’re not sure of the exact time you’ll be able to see it because of behind-the-scenes changes, but we’re really excited to launch the new site tomorrow evening.
The downside is that the forums will have some downtime while we transfer them to the new site carefully, but after that’s done, they’ll be faster than ever and hopefully spam bot free!
As for the new site, you’ve seen glimpses, we’ve taken on your feedback, and we’re hoping it becomes everything we’ve been hinting at with temporary extensions in the last few years. We’re hoping that it all goes off without a hitch, but obviously transferring as much content as we have is a big task and we’re ready to iron out any hitches that it’s caused!
We’ve also got loads of exciting off-site things on the way, so stay tuned for more stage sponsorship announcements and exactly who is playing our stage at Hevy 2012. We can also reveal that Punktastic merchandise will be returning this summer.
