Rebellion Festival add more bands

By Ben Tipple

Blackpool’s Rebellion Festival have been steadily adding bands since last year’s event. Rather than making staggered yet substantial announcements that normally precede festivals, organisers are instead announcing bands as they are confirmed.

Having already added Boomtown Rats, The Damned, Sham 69 and Buzzcocks as the major names, Rebellion have now added Choas UK. The announcement follows a steady flow of smaller acts, including Riskee And The Ridicule, Wonk Unit and The Roughneck Riot.

In amongst the whole host of talent, punters will also find Sick Of It All, Anti-Flag, The Mistfits and King Prawn.

For full details, and to get tickets (currently priced at £140 for the weekend), head to the official website. Rebellion Festival takes place from the 6th until the 9th August 2015 – centred around the Blackpool Winter Gardens.
