Sikth release promo video for upcoming tour; Reissue debut album

UK tech-metal godfathers SikTh have released a short promo video for their upcoming UK tour in October/November as part of ‘Download Freezes Over 2014’. Compiled and edited by SikTh co-frontman Mikee utilising live material sent in by fans, it features footage from the band’s recent performances at both Download & Tech-fest. Due to the phenomenal demand for these shows, some have been upgraded. Check out the new venues and video below.

In addition, the debut SikTh album, ‘The Trees Are Dead & Dried Out Wait For Something Wild’, will be re-issued via Spinefarm Records on October 27th. Originally released back in 2003, the record – featuring seminal tracks such as ‘Hold My Finger’, ‘Scent Of The Obscene’, ‘Pussyfoot’ & ‘When Will The Forest Speak’? – is now recognised as a hugely influential, ground-breaking release, and this new version will be available as 2-CD set featuring extensive bonus audio content plus enhanced packaging. A double LP version will follow early in 2015.
