Stream Phoenix Calling ‘Bring Down The Roof’ featuring Deaf Havana

By Ben Tipple

Newcomers Phoenix Calling are streaming their new track ‘Bring Down The Roof’ featuring mainstream crossovers Deaf Havana.

The track is taken from their forthcoming debut EP, recorded at Regal House Studios where the band met Deaf Havana. β€œWe were lucky enough to spend some time with Deaf Havana during our time there,” explains drummer Ben Greenwood. β€œThey were using the same studio as rehearsal rooms and we were working with producer Lee Batiuk who worked on their special edition of Fools & Worthless Liars. We were hanging out and they ended up singing the gang backing vocals on the single with us!”

The band are drawing comparisons to British up-and-comers such as Mallory Knox, Don Broco and the aforementioned Deaf Havana. They have also toured with The First, We Are Fiction and Tu Amore.

The band are performing tracks from their debut EP on two dates at the end of the year.
