Not content with mentioning their hair metal roots in every interview they ever give, or dressing up like loons to sing ‘Pain For Pleasure’, their ode to Maiden/Priest/Poison et al at the end of the Fat Lip video, cheeky pop punk youngsters Sum 41 have developed their obsession into a full blown side project.
Innovatively titled Pain For Pleasure, the canadian foursome are currently in a studio (and undoubtedly, leather trousers and stupid wigs) recording an album to be released at the beginning of next year.
Not only that, but the follow up to All Killer No Filler is almost finished and a Winter release date has been pencilled in. Keep your eyes open for more news on this in the coming weeks.
