Submitted by Jazz: “It’s with great regret that after 3 years, Right Turn Clyde have parted ways with their drummer, Ed209. The split is totally amicable although we will miss him. Some say it’s because that damn Robocop keeps on picking fights whilst others will say that he feels it’s the right time to move on. If we could kidnap him, tie him to a drum stool and make him play we would but we can’t. He’s been a sweetheart and commited himself to finishing RTC’s current tour and his last gig within the band will be at The Portland, Cambridge on April 23. RTC wish him all the best in any upcoming projects he commits himself to but would also like to add that they are continuing and have a new drummer already lined up so that they can start preparing for their debut album. It would be great if everyone could come down to The Portland on the 23 and give him the sending off he deserves.”
