Watch ‘A Riot Of Our Own’, an independent movie about the legendary 12 Bar Club

Independent film maker Tali Clarke has released ‘A Riot Of Our Own’, looking back at London’s famous 12 Bar Club. The venue was once situated on Denmark Street in Central London, and was a staple part of the British music scene that played host to shows by all manner of rock, punk, indie, and hardcore bands. Despite petitions to save the club, the venue closed its doors for the final time last year when Denmark Street – or ‘Tin Pan Alley’ as it was known – was to be knocked down to due to the same development that saw the demise of London’s Astoria venue some years ago.

‘A Riot Of Our Own’ is a heart-warming tribute to this famous London venue, and it’s legacy will live on at a the new 12 Bar Club venue over in Holloway, and memories of the original venue will never be forgotten. Full listings of events happening at the new 12 Bar Club can be found on their website, and you can watch ‘A Riot Of Our Own’ in full below.
