Submitted: “This Friday 11th July at The Prince Albert, Trafalgar Street, Brighton sees the welcome return of Poindexter as Weezer and My Deaf Audio as Nada Surf for one night only! As it’s a charity event all proceeds will be going towards the Disasters Emergency Committee Myanmar Cyclone Appeal, so come and enjoy some fine tuneage whilst doing something for a good cause, eh. Poindexter and MDA will be joined by your favourite indie DJs at BABIES!, who I’m told will be spinning a rather delectable set of Geek Rock and Nerd-core throughout the night. Doors open 7.30pm, £5 entry, bands will be on around 8.45pm but make sure to get there bright and early in order to guarantee entry – The Albert’s not the biggest place in the world!
