Victory signs new band Hardcore/metal band Beneath The Sky has signed with Victory Records. The group formed in mid-2004 in Cincinnati, OH and then self-released a four-song demo in January of 2005. The band released an EP this past May. First HH v Victory, now Panic v Wilson… Former Panic! At The Disco bassist Brent Wilson is suing the band. A statement from the Wilson camp states: “A court case is in the making. Brent and his lawyer have taken the next step. A letter has been sent to Panic! stating that Brent Travis files for divorce Taken from ap.net: “Travis Barker and wife, Shanna have filed for divorce. Looks like they aren’t “Staying Together For The Kids” after all.” The Unseen are Rancid Submitted by Nick The Chic Greek: “According to norwichdarkside.co.uk The Unseen are to support Rancid on all of their UK dates.” New Cavil At Rest songs Cavil At Rest has posted four new demos at www.purevolume.com/cavilatrest Victory respond in HH saga…kind of MTV has posted an article on the Hawthorne Heights v Victory Records saga and has a small comment to clarify Victory’s side. MTV report that while Victory owner Tony Brummel did not return a request for comment, Robert Meloni, litigation counsel for Victory Records, said the lawsuit No Trigger interview I interviewed Tom Rheault, singer for No Trigger, last week, and quizzed him on their cracking album Canyoneer, fitting in on the Warped Tour, touring plans and a whole host of other stuff.
