Victory signs new band

Hardcore/metal band Beneath The Sky has signed with Victory Records. The group formed in mid-2004 in Cincinnati, OH and then self-released a four-song demo in January of 2005. The band released an EP this past May.

MTV has posted an article on the Hawthorne Heights v Victory Records saga and has a small comment to clarify Victory’s side. MTV report that while Victory owner Tony Brummel did not return a request for comment, Robert Meloni, litigation counsel for Victory Records, said the lawsuit
