Efestivals are ‘99% confident’ that Guns and Roses, Arcade Fire and Blink 182 will headline Reading/Leeds Festivals. The Libertines are apparently ‘special guests‘. EDIT – Punktastic has been told Arcade Fire are headlining the NME Tent.
