65daysofstatic announce EU/UK tour, and reveal new track

By Ben Tipple

65daysofstatic have unveiled a new track from their forthcoming ‘No Man’s Sky: Music for an Infinite Universe’ soundtrack, now pushed back to the 5th August to tie in with the corresponding computer game’s delay.

“‘No Man’s Sky’ is a project about a borderless universe of infinite possibility,” Paul Wolinski says of the particularly poignant project. “It’s certainly a brighter future to imagine than the one our little country just thrust upon Europe. We are always excited to be able to come and play shows in mainland Europe, now more than ever. Let’s get some antifacist international solidarity going on and not let the demagoguery drag us down to the oblivion it has planned for us. See you on the road. Unless our passports are no good any more.”

New track ‘Red Parallax’ represents this discontent, gliding from its atmospheric opening to thunderous, rebellious guitar work.
