Taken from punknews.org: “Punk trio Green Day‘s upcoming album will likely feature a mini rock-opera that runs more than nine minutes, sources told Billboard.com. Titled “Jesus of Suburbia,” the track encompasses such pieces as “I Don’t Care,” “City of the Damned,” “Dearly Beloved” and “Tales From Another Broken Home.” Although the set is not finished, other tracks tipped to make the final cut include the title track (and likely first single), “Holiday,” “Are We the Waiting,” “Wake Me Up When September Ends” and “Saint Jimmy.” As we mentioned previously, the record titled American Idiot is expected out on September 14.”
