In sad news, Milton Keynes skacore mob Anti-Vigilante have announced via their facebook page that they are to split up. Here is their statement in full:
‘Sorry for the lack of updates from us recently. We’ve been having some time out to consider the future of Anti Vigilante and have decided that now is the right time to call it quits.
This band has been a fundamental part of our lives for the last 10 years and we’ve been able to achieve so many things that we would never have dreamed possible as 15 year olds playing Nofx covers. We will always be incredibly proud of our successes and are eternally grateful for the support and genuine devotion of those who have followed us.
There is absolutely no drama, we’re leaving the band the best of friends. We have simply reached a point in our lives where some of us want to pursue new things and because of the all encompassing nature of being in a touring band we’ve decided that it’s no longer possible to do it the way we would like to.
There are way too many people to thank so we’ll just say a massive thank you to anyone who has supported us in any way, hopefully you will know who you are and how truly grateful we have been. It’s been an amazing experience that we all feel truly blessed to have shared with you all and will forever look back on fondly.
