Caspian share new track, ‘Arcs Of Command’

By Ben Tipple

Post-rockers Caspian have unveiled their new single from the forthcoming ‘Dust and Disquiet’ LP. ‘Arcs of Command’ will appear on the Big Scary Monsters release, due on the 25th September 2015.

“‘Arcs of Command’ is the third and final song we’ve chosen to reveal leading up to the official release of ‘Dust and Disquiet’ on September 25,” the band explain. “The last two years have been a relentless whirlwind in many ways and we wanted to try and write a song that captured the intense end of that spectrum. We threw the kitchen sink into this track, no regrets, full-tilt.”

Recorded at Q Division Studios in Somerville, Massachusetts, ‘Dust and Disquiet’ follows the band’s 2012 release, ‘Waking Season’. Producer Matt Bayles once again sits at the helm.

Caspian will be hitting the road in support of the album in early November, joined by Jo Quail and Tidal Sleep on select dates.
