A Cape Canaveral update: “Well, it is finally done. We have recorded 3 brand new tracks and even if we do say so ourselves, they are fucking belters! Once again and as always, they have been recorded by the Moot Group of Nottingham in their all new studio, which also doubles as our practice space so it was like a home away from home for us. We’ve uploaded a new song on www.myspace.com/capecanaveral for your listening pleasure, so let us know what you think of “Martian”. The plan is to put the 3 tracks we have recorded with 3 previously recorded tracks and go back and stick another 4 to tape in order to release a full length album. As yet, these plans are in the early stages but were confident it will happen. We do have a new label but as yet we are sworn to secrecy so, not only will we have a new album but we will have a label to release it on. Gig wise we are rather quiet as weve been concentrating on the recording. We’re now in discussion with several promoters about gigs all over the country so keep and eye out as CC may pop up in a town near you.”
