Down & Outs have been confirmed as the last band to be added to Out of Spite upcoming Xmas all-dayer.
They will be join the likes of The Dauntless Elite, Hot Mass, Sam Russo, and more at the event, which will headlined by a Rancid tribute act, …And Out Comes the Tribute Band.
