Eugene Quell stream ‘I Will Work The Land’ EP

By Ben Tipple

Eugene Quell are streaming their new ‘I Will Work The Land’ EP ahead of release. Due on Friday 11th December 2015, it brings to light material from the heavily culled Devon recording session in the summer of 2014.

Quell is the alter-ego of singer-songwriter Toby Hayes, perhaps more widely recognised as Shoes & Socks Off, and as a member of Meet Me In St Louis. In case you missed it last month, the latter are streaming their entire back-catalogue in full right here.

‘I Will Work The Land’ will be available via Exploding In Sound Records (cassette) and Tipp City (digital). Quell will celebrate the release with a show at The Lexington in London on the 11th December, joined by Tangled Hair and Modern Rituals.
