Face Value share video for ‘Eff Sharp’

By Ben Tipple

Baltimore pop-punks Face Value have shared the official video for ‘Eff Sharp’. The track is taken from last month’s ‘Thick as Thieves’ EP.

“For this music video, we wanted to do it a little differently than our previous two,” says Grayson Ross. “We came up with the idea of playing in separate rooms of an empty house, aiming to get some cool action shots of each of us, without the hassle of creating a storyline and shooting for an entire day like with ‘Up Late’ and ‘Car Door’.”

“The black paint and business attire represent society wanting everyone to conform to certain standards, but at the same time, causing people to lose their identities by being somebody they are not. Plus, we thought it looked bad-ass. Since me and Parker’s stepdad, Steve, was moving from Maryland to Arizona at the time of shooting, we decided his house was the perfect place to set up — with it being empty and all. So, we hired Addy Play of AHT Productions; he wielded his mighty gimbal, we painted ourselves, we dressed up, and we think we got a pretty darn kick-ass music video out of it. Enjoy!”
