Facebook music integration knocks a few heads off

We’re not alone in talking about it, but as a self confessed bunch of dorks, we were excited about what Facebook’s f8 conference would deliver.

With statistic probability on our side, we’re betting the changes will affect you, dear reader, and the way that they handle music is going to be something that we all need to keep an eye on.

Spotify has long been something Punktastic has got behind as a great alternative to piracy, and their foray into Facebook is the most notable new addition to the Social Media behemoth one off the top of our heads.

Watch the video below to see just how Spotify are trying to be as ingrained into your life as Facebook likely is, for better or worse.

This is looking very much like the beginning of a wave of developers building these features into their apps using Spotify and other services, and it could be a big change for the way people “consume” music.
