Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes announce RSD ‘Loss’ release

By Ben Tipple

Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes will be unleashing a limited edition ‘Loss’ 7″ as part of the many exclusive Record Store Day releases.

The release will feature two version of the track, taken from The Rattlesnakes brilliant ‘Blossom’ LP. The first is a stripped back version of the track as featured on the ‘Rotten’ EP, and the second a live recording from a sold out show at Birmingham’s Rainbow.

“We started this band last January and our first music was put out in April – so one of the first things we tried to do was get some of our music on vinyl to be a part of RSD 2015,” Carter explains. “Unfortunately, and unknown to us at the time – vinyl takes a really, really long time to press! So it wasn’t possible, but we always planned to get involved this year.”

Record Store Day will take place on the 16th April 2016. See all the Record Store Day releases here, including material by Nothing, Beach Slang, Architects and Bring Me The Horizon.
