Helen Love reveal track ahead of new album

By Ben Tipple

Having signed to Alcopop! Records late last year, with owner Jack Clothier describing himself as a long-time “MASSIVE fan”, Welsh bubblegum-punk outfit Helen Love have unveiled their new track, ‘First Girl From Wales In New York City’.

The uniquely catchy and largely indescribable track – it’s a mash-up of pop, punk and unashamedly retro keyboards – will appear on Love’s forthcoming ‘Smash Hits’ LP. It marks the eight full-length release by the outfit, as well as twenty one singles and three EPs.

There are two Helen Love shows scheduled in the near future, which we’d strongly recommend you get down to.
