Ian Watkins of Lostprophets has started a DJ/remix side project called L’Amour La Morgue. Watkins has been DJing in the UK on and off for the past year and began doing remixes of his own with writer/producer Sammy Jay. Some of the remixes have been posted on L’Amour La Morgue’s myspace (myspace.com/lamourlamorgue). An hour long Mixtape and 12-minute original piece called “The Virgins Lover”, originally written for William Tempest’s Fashion Week Runway show, can be streamed/downloaded at lamourlamorgue.com Ian Watkins is currently putting the finishing touches on vocals for Lostprophets 4th studio album being produced by Lostprophets bass player Stu Richardson.
