Nathan Detroit call it a day

By Ben Tipple

Following the release of their ‘Downcast’ EP last month, Nathan Detroit have announced their indefinite hiatus. The Trowbridge rockers took to Facebook over the weekend to explain their immediate break-up.

“It comes with a heavy heart but I can confirm Nathan Detroit are on hiatus and will no longer be arranging shows with immediate affect. If you were planning to try and make it out to a show we are extremely sorry,” they stated.

“It’s been a difficult few months for us all but have decided that it’s best to focus on other things. People close to the band will know how difficult this past few months have been and want to thank them all for their support.”

“Without you guys we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to tour the UK and Europe and those memories will stay with us forever.”

“We want to say a huge thank you to anyone who has ever helped our band in any way, to any friends we have met a long the way and most of all, a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us! You know who you are!”

Their most recent EP is sill available to stream online.
