New Found Glory are looking at bands to perform ‘Ready and Willing’ for their new video. But don’t worry, they won’t be using any audio.
“Dear Bands across the world, big or small! Whether you play in the garage, in your mom’s living room or basement, we want you to be the stars of our video,” the announced on Facebook.
“Film your band performing our song ‘Ready and Willing’. You don’t have to be good at it because we won’t be using the audio, just the video. So have fun with it!”
“Upload the video to Vimeo before September 8th and make sure to make the video downloadable and hashtag it ‪#‎Readyandwilling‬. Please include your band name and home town in the info on Vimeo. Then email the link to the video over to readyandwilling@hopelessrecords.com and we will pick our favorite videos and add them into the upcoming NFG video!”
“The lyrics and message of this song are to encourage people to never be afraid to take a chance towards something they are aspiring to be. In our case it was New Found Glory. This video and your bands participation is to bring some of that platform to bands everywhere that share the same vision and to hope it encourages them to do the same.”
