The third track to appear from Skating Polly’s forthcoming ‘The Big Fit’ LP is their lightest yet. ‘Pretective Boy’ (that’s not a spelling mistake) verges on twee, stepping away from the heavier grunge tones of the previously revealed ‘Oddie Moore’ and ‘Perfume For Now’. Still, it carries the duo’s hard-hitting edge, with both the song and accompanying video brimming with assured confidence.
‘Pretective Boy’ will form part of ‘The Big Fit’, due for release on the 8th April via their own Chap Stereo label.
